Orchard View
The smaller standard double bed room has an en-suite shower room. This room has a lovely view of the orchard behind the house and is very peaceful.

Sunnyside
This large room can be either a twin as shown, a double with king size bed or a family room with double sofa bed and has a private bathroom down the corridor. There is a lovely view of the garden and it gets sun all day.

Cosy Cottage
This is the self-contained cottage suite which has a standard double bedroom with a small room off it which has a narrow (2’6”) bed - ideal for a child but many adults sleep well too! The fully equipped kitchen also includes a microwave. The sitting room has lovely views over the sunny garden which guests are free to use.
